铜盘管太阳能一体机

Intergrated solar water heater with copper coil

特点：

1、水箱是非承压的，水箱内有盘铜管，可以承受压力6-8bar。

2、水箱内胆是SUS3042B食品级内胆，0.5mm厚度。

3、保温层厚度是55-60mm

4、铜盘管的直径是12mm，厚度0,。8mm，长度25-35mm。（可以定制特殊的标准）

5、支架可以是彩板的，1.5mm，可以是不锈钢的1.2mm型钢的，也可以是铝合金的。（根据需要定做）

Features:

1. Water tank is pressurized with copper coil inside, can bear 6-8 bar pressure

2. The innner tank material is SUS 304 2B ,with thickness of 0.5mm

3. Insulation layer :55-60 mm

4. Copper coil diameter is 12mm, thickness 0.8mm, length 25-35mm. And can be customized by clients,

5. Frame material is color steel with thickness 1.5mm. Also could be customized of SUS304 with 1.2mm, or aluminium alloy.

工作的原理：

阳光照射在真空管上，管子吸热，将管子里的热水转送到水箱里，冷水从铜管里走过，带走水箱里水的热量，二次交换热量，出去就是热水。

Work Principle:

Sunlight in the vacuum tube,then the tube absorbs heat, the hot water in the pipe transferred to the tank ,with cold water via the copper coil ,exchange the heat of the water in the tank, the second heat exchange , hot water out.
